BYU Advances to MWC Championship Game Premium Story

BYU fought off a strong Aztec effort Friday, winning 63-54 in the MWC semifinals. The win gives BYU its second consecutive MWC Championship appearance. BYU frustrated MWC First-Teamer Lorenzo Wade, allowing him only 10 points on 15 attempts and getting him into foul trouble early. Behind Trent Plaisted's 19 and Lee Cummard's 20, BYU will take momentum into the championship game. Grades are in.
