Committing to play football at BYU was not a hard choice for former Lone Peak High School linebacker and fullback Matt Ah You. He's had cousins and a brother play for BYU, and even his father Charles was a Cougar during the 70s. What Matt Ah You didn't know was how much the sacrifice of not playing football would affect him and others forever.
