I FORGOT MY USER
NAME OR PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
Your Email address is your login ID on the Totalbluesports.com website. If you
do not remember the Email Address you used to sign up, call Scout.com customer
service during normal business hours at 1-888-979-0979.
Try logging off and then back in to the Totalbluesports site. You might have to
do this especially if this is a new membership. Normally, you will not have to
do this. However, from time to time - your system may 'lose its cookies' (get
out of synch with the web site) and you must re-enter your login information.
The Logout button is located on the upper right hand side of the front page.
Once you logout of TBS, log back in by re-entering your sign up Email Address
and Password to try and reset cookies. To go to front page to logout,
click here: “Totalbluesports” Still not working? Check your
subscription status and enter your sign up Email Address and Password to make
sure your membership has not lapsed. To check subscription status click here. “Subscription
Status” . If your membership has lapsed
and you want to renew your subscription to Totalbluesports.com, click here. “Create
A Membership Account” HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION
BUT CAN’T ACCESS PREMIUM FORUMS My account is in good
standing, but I still cannot access the premium forums. What's next? At this
point, there are ONLY THREE things that may be impeding your access: 1) ENABLIING
TOTALBLUESPORTS.COM COOKIES: Many
problems related to staying logged in can be traced back to bad/corrupt
cookies. The quick and easy way to correct the problem is to reset your cookies
by simply logging out of Totalbluesports.com and then logging back in again.
Here’s how: a) Go to the top of the web page. Click here “Totalbluesports.com” b) Click on "Logout" found next to “My
Account” at the upper right side of the site. c) Try Logging back in with your username and
password. 2) ENABLING COMPUTER
COOKIES: If this does not work, then your computer isn’t allowing
cookies, and cookies MUST be enabled on your computer if you wish to
access the membership areas of the web site. To find out how to set up your
computer to allow cookies, follow these simply instructions: a) Open Internet Explorer. b) Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu. c) Click the Privacy tab. d) Click the Sites button. e) Type “Totalbluesports.com” into the “address of
web site” box. f) Click the Allow button. g) Click the OK button. 3) POP-UP BLOCKERS: Are you running any popup
disabling software on your system? If so this could also be a reason why
articles and possibly the TBS CHAT ROOM feature doesn’t popup on the site. To
allow Totalbluesports.com to bring up articles and the CHAT ROOM forum, simply
follow these instructions. a) Go to the top of your internet explorer menu bar
and click “TOOLS. b) There you‘ll find the information on popup
blocker that will either say “Turn off Popup Blocker” or “Popup Blocker Settings.”
c) Click the “Popup Blocker Settings” and type
Totalbluesports.com in the “address of web site” box. d) Click the “ADD” button to the right and then
click “CLOSE” at the bottom. I CAN’T GET INTO THE
TBS CHAT ROOM. WHAT CAN I DO? There are TWO possible
reasons why the TBS chat room isn’t working. 1) POPUP BLOCKERS: If
you have popup blockers on your computer this will prohibit the
Totalbluesports.com CHAT ROOM from popping up. To fix this problem follow these
instructions: a) Go to the top of your internet explorer menu bar
and click “TOOLS. b) There you‘ll find the information on popup
blocker that will either say “Turn off Popup Blocker” or “Popup Blocker
Settings.” c) Click the “Popup Blocker Settings” and type in
the Totalbluesports.com website in the “address of web site” box. d) Click the “ADD” button to the right and then
click “CLOSE” at the bottom. You
can also disable your popup blocker for the moment, then log back into the
site. Then reactivate the popup blocker after you have successfully logged in 2) JAVA SCRIPT: If
you do not have POPUP BLOCKER software downloaded onto your computer then you
probably don’t have the necessary java script program required to run the TBS
chat room. To download the script click here. “Java Script” You’ll
find an orange “Free download” button at the top right hand side of the page.
Simply click and download. If you continue to experience
problems, even after you have confirmed the proper browser preferences are
enabled, contact us here at “CONTACTING

and we'll do our best to get to the problem as soon as possible. · USER NAME · PASSWORD · DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM WHEN SUBSCRIBING TO
PREMIUM CONTENT AN ERROR MESSAGE READING, “THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY IN USE
BY ANOTHER ACCOUNT.“ HOW CAN THAT BE?
It's probably not your card. The most common error is made when the system asks
for your credit card BILLED TO address. You must type the address in EXACTLY as
it appears on the billing statement, (including any errors). Note:
"St" does NOT equal "Street" & "Cr" does not
equal "Circle" etc. If the address is not a perfect match, the system
will display a "Invalid Card" notice. This is simply a low-level
security check to make sure that someone else is not using your card to
register.
Update the credit card information by following these directions: 1) Click on "My
Account" link near the top right hand side of the front page. 2) Then click on "My
Subscriptions" 3) Then make the necessary
changes by clicking the "Change my billing card."
Yes, we can sign you up for one year at a time. The cost is just $99.95/year Make
out a check for $99.95, payable to
"Totalbluesports.com", and send it to: Gilbert,
AZ 85296 Please be sure to include a
note with your email address so we can match it up with your web site login
account.
If you signed up for the Total Access Pass on Totalbluesports.com, this
site has become designated as your "home" site and your membership
provided you with exclusive access to Totalbluesports.com premium forums. It
does not allow access to “premium forums” on other team web sites other than
your designated "home" site. You’re Email address and
password is what allows you to log onto the Totalbluesports.com website as a
registered member. If you ever want to change your Email or password
information, simply follow these instructions: 1) Click the "My
Account" link in the upper right of the front page of the site. 2) Click "My Member
Profile" link. 3) Make any changes to your
login information there. **NOTE: Your
user name, which is separate from your sign up information, CANNOT be changed
on active subscription accounts. You may change the email address or password associated with your account at any time via the "My Account" link atop the web site. HOW DO I CHANGE MY
USERNAME?
1) Cancel your subscription
on your current membership by going to “My Account.” 2) Then wait until your membership lapses (at the end
of your current prepaid billing period). 3) Then signup again from scratch, with a different
email address, so you'll be allowed to select a brand new username for the
forums. If you want to make sure that
your desired username will be available when the time comes to sign up again,
create a "free" login account now. The account can be used on the
free forums immediately (you'll just need to logout/login when switching
between accounts). Once your current premium account has lapsed, you can use
the second account to re-subscribe to the site. HOW DO I CHANGE MY
MAILING ADDRESS SO I RECEIVE THE TBS MAGAZINE? To change your mailing
address to ensure you continue receiving the Totalbluesports magazine, follow
these steps: 1) Click "My Account" link in the upper
right hand side on the Totalbluesports front page. 2) Click "My Member
Profile" link. 3) Click “My Subscriptions” 4) Click “Edit This Shipping
Address” 5) Make the necessary changes
to your home address for mailing purposes. If you do not receive your
Totalbluesports.com magazine after the 20th during the months of
August through May, call 1-888-979-0979 during
normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific (10:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m., Eastern), Monday through Friday. Information a Scout.com
representative will need to verify your account will include: 1) Signup Email Address 2) Signup Password (If you
forgot your password? Click “Password
Retrieval” 3) Your shipping address will be verified and missing
issues will be replaced through first class delivery if necessary. HOW DO I CANCEL MY
TBS SUBSCRIPTION? To cancel your membership to
Totalbluesports.com, follow these instructions. 1) Click the "My
Account" link in the upper right of the front page of the site. 2) Click the "My
Subscriptions” link. 3) Click the “Cancel This Subscription” link that
appears beneath the pertinent subscription, then follow the instructions on the
ensuing confirmation page. I SIGNED UP FOR THE
TOTALBLUESPORTS PREMIUM PACKAGE, WHEN DO I GET THE MAGAZINE? 1) Signup Emailing Address 2) Signup Password (forgot
your password? click here “Password
Retrieval” 3) Your home shipping address will be verified and
missing issues will be replaced through first class delivery if necessary. During non-business hours, or
periods of heavy call volume, you may leave a voicemail message with your name
and number to have them return your call. 1) Log onto the
Totalbluesports.com website. 2) Click on "My
Account" link located on the upper right side of the TBS front page. 3) Click on "My
Subscriptions" to view your subscription status.
If you do remember you Email address but can’t remember your password, click
here at “Password
Retrieval” and fill out the information within the email address
box. The password will be sent to you via Email.
We strongly encourage you to keep your contact information current for your
account. In the event that you no longer have access to the original email
address you used when you signed up, you will not be able to retrieve your
password automatically. You may click here at “Web Site Administrator”
to request that the password be retrieved manually (this process may require
1-2 business days).

ACCESS OTHER PREMIUM FORUMS?
You also have access to the recruiting experts' premium forums. It's a great
opportunity to "ask the experts" about the most promising BYU
prospects.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD?
It is not possible to change a username on an active Total Access Pass
membership account. Once the username has been created, it is locked down.
The only way to change a username is to:
Your Subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card account
will be charged per the billing cycle of your subscription (e.g. Monthly,
3-Month, 6-Month, Annual), unless you cancel prior to the first calendar day
of the month of your renewal date. You may review your account and subscription
information by clicking here “My Account”
to view your subscription information.
Please allow five to seven weeks for your first issue to arrive.
Totalbluesports.com magazine is published 10 times per year, August through
May; no publications are printed in June or July. Magazines are usually shipped
during the first week of the month and should arrive no later than mid-month.
However postal service levels can vary significantly from region to region. If
you have not received your publication by the 20th, please notify the
Publisher's call center directly at 1-888-979-0979 during
normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific (10:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m., Eastern), Monday through Friday.

The National Recruiting Guide is published just two times per year (October and
May). Subscriptions purchased before September 1st and April 1st can expect to
receive the October and May Recruiting Guides respectively. Missing issues
should be directed to the call center for replacement (see above).
