Cougar Conversations: Fui Vakapuna

Total Blue Sports kicks off its fall camp coverage with an interview with running back Fui Vakapuna. Listen to Fui talk about his health, his role on an offense breaking in a new quarterback, and what he thought of some of the Cougars donning the 'Y' helmet for the first time.

BYU's 2007 offense will seem strange to those who have followed the team over the past several years. After all, many familiar faces will be gone, most notably John Beck, Curtis Brown and Jonny Harline.

Fortunately for the offense, however, there are some talented returning starters, including Fui Vakapuna. BYU's running game will be key, as it will help take pressure off of new quarterback Max Hall.

Total Blue Sports spoke to Fui following the end of the first day of fall camp.
