BYU Extends Offer to Utah D-Tackle

David Kruger

BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall and his staff secured two verbal commitments in three days. The first came from one of the nation's top rated tight end Austin Holt, and the second was from kicker extraordinaire Justin Sorensen. Now the BYU coaches have extended an offer to a defensive tackle that should end up being one of Utah's best for the 2008 class.

Big 6-football-5, 260-pound Timpanogos defensive tackle David Kruger was on BYU's campus today and received an offer from BYU Head Coach Bronco Mendenhall. "He gave me my offer letter today," said Kruger. "I just came by and watched some practice a little bit, and he gave me my offer letter so now it's official. It's pretty exciting." So how did Kruger feel to have a full ride scholarship offer...
