Hawaiian All-State linebacker desires BYU

Jarom Boldomero

Back in 2008, Jarom Boldomero manned the middle of the defense for Iolani School, a private school located in downtown Honolulu. He was ranked as the seventh-best football player in the state by the Honolulu Advertiser. Currently serving a mission, Baldomero has a desire to play for BYU when he returns.

During his senior year, a 6-foot, 210-pound Jarom Baldomero dominated on the Raider defense. He racked up 126 tackles with 22 for a loss, averaging 12.6 tackles per game. He recorded five sacks, 14 quarterback hurries and an interception. "Jarom was an All-State linebacker in high school and a two-time state champion," said his father Tony. After high school...
